This beautiful oceanfront villa is the perfect destination for your holiday. The villa is located south of the island in the “Punt Vierkant” area. This area is widely regarded to have the most beautiful oceanfront properties on the island of Bonaire.

What makes this villa even more unique is its waterfront location. It is one of the few rental properties available where you can pleasantly dive or snorkel from your own backyard. The tropical garden has a large plateau with stairs going straight down to the calm blue Caribbean Sea. Making access into the sea easy and safe. And recently there is also a small pool to enjoy!

RELAXING OUTSIDE

With plenty of outdoor shaded seating areas, it is outside where you will spend your time relaxing, watching the sunsets and having your meals. As an extra plus there is also a lovely pool. And as a This property offers you the best views of the stunning sea, Klein Bonaire and the bay of Kralendijk. Chances are pretty good you will even see a pod of dolphins during your stay. If you are quick enough, you may even have the opportunity to swim with them. And if you don't feel like going into the sea, you can also cool off in our lovely swimming pool!

The villa has mosquito screened shutter style windows. A spacious, open plan kitchen and living areas with high ceilings, give the villa a very airy and light feeling.

Pelican’s nest has a gated private parking for two vehicles and a large garage. The property has a large rinse tank and a designated outdoor gated area which offers plenty of storage for everything including dive gear, windsurf and kitesurf gear.

LOCATION

The location of this property is ideal. The villa is located in a very quiet and safe area of Bonaire. From a 7 minute drive to the center of Kralendijk, a 5 minute drive to the airport, to a 10 minute drive to Lac Bay (windsurfing) or Atlantis (kitesurfing). However, since some of the best snorkeling and diving is right in your backyard, you might not leave the house after all. Just gear up take three steps down and you are in the Caribbean Sea.

As of July 1, 2022, you are required to pay a tourist entry tax of $75 per person per visit to Bonaire. The tax applies to all non- residents 13 years and older entering Bonaire. Non-residents aged 12 years and under and residents of the former Netherlands Antilles arriving to the island are required to pay a $10 per visit fee. The mandatory tax can be paid digitally via the online platform www.BonaireIsland.com or upon arrival at the airport.
